![]() " and a grey "PLAY NOW" button next to it. Unless you registered a few days ago, you have probably seen that at the store pages of the games you have bought, under the trailers and screenshots is a green band saying: There was not much time between the failed attempts and the attempt that worked and did so on the first try, so it is quite unlikely that it was due to a weather condition or server overload(also, I live in western Turkey, which is pretty damn far from Utah.) That method did not do jacks**t for The Wolf Among Us. The Walking Dead had gotten stuck like this as well, I'd fixed that one by double-clicking it on the library and checking the "Launch when download is completed"(or whatever it is) box. Those brackets would probably contain the error code or something, but it did not for some reason. ![]() ![]() " Steam has encountered an error downloading The Wolf Among Us ()" There was no error code or anything, the pop-up box looked something like this: Mine kept stopping after the 1.4 GB mark as well(33-34%). What can I do?ĭisabling antivirus, deleting "appcache" and swearing at the computer after restarting it did not work. The Walking Dead works just fine(except the occasional freeze) but this does not even download. I have deleted the appcache file, I have disabled all antivirus I have, but it still does not work. Steam says there is an error, stops the download, and even if I restart the download it just stops again after a few seconds. So I just bought the game, however, it refuses to download.
